VENUE FOR COMPETITION:
Mount Druitt Little Athletics Centre competes at Reserve 614A, May Cowpe Reserve, Cnr John Street & Rupertswood Road, South Rooty Hill.
COMPETITION:
Competition shall be held each Friday evening, commencing at 6.00pm and concluding approx. 9.00 - 9.30pm. Assembly will commence at 5.45pm.
* NEW U/12 and up who would like to compete in Javelin, Start Time is 5.30pm sharp every 2 week.
Competition will be run in accordance with a two weekly programme.
Officials are to report to the Officer for Officials no later than fifteen (15) minutes prior to Start of Competition to sign on.
On Championships Day and Special Events, officials will be required to report thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the Carnival.
WET WEATHER:
When weather conditions make competition impossible, be ready to compete but please ring our info line 0450 515 537 or alternatively a Committee member on the day (approx 4PM) for any cancellations. The programme cancelled will then transfer to the following week.
The children’s' HEALTH & SAFETY is considered prior to any cancellation - cancellations are only as a last resort. If the weather is inclement, and no announcement is heard, and/or if there is uncertainty, then it is advised to turn up as per normal start time ready to compete.
